I'm very glad to make a speech here.This time,I'd like to talk something about health.

As you know,health is very important to everyone.It's better than wealth.But now some people are not healthy.They are overweight or skinny.

Do you want to stay healthy?Well,you shouldn't eat a lots of ice cream,hamburgers,sugar and cola .If you want to have the bright eyes,you should eat crarrots,eggs and blueberries.And milk,cheese and fish are good for your teeth.You can have lots of delicious chicken soup when you are tired.You can have lots of energy this way.

Now,lots of people hate eating food,because they want to stay slim.That's wrong.You have to have a good braekfast,lunch and dinner every day.And you should eat lots of fruit and vegetables.

Believe me,you can have lots of energy,with glowing skin,bright eyes and feel healthy all the time this way.Do you want to try it?
